Tonight was 'Tea & Cakes'; I had a very relaxing meditation even if it were short!
The meditation tonight took me down a path through a wood filled with bluebells and a little stream trickling next to the path. The sky was clear and the sun was lovely and warm. I continued walking along until I reached a bridge near a small waterfall where I met my African tribal leader. The next thing I knew I was walking along a path but I couldn't see any sign of my African spirit guide yet I knew he was there. To me, it felt like being told I needed to have the courage of my convictions and go for things as I would be supported whatever would happen. That happens to be true; I really do need to believe in myself more, and have the courage of my convictions.
