Super League play-off match - Bradford Bulls v Wigan Warriors 21/09/07Tonight saw a game of two halves that will leave Bradford kicking themselves after Wigan staged a momentous comeback in the second half. Wigan were 22-6 down at the half time hooter and Bradford never looked like losing as they opened the gap to 30-6 in the second half. This seemed to awaken something in the Warriors and sparked the greatest comeback in Super League history. Wigan pushed and pushed and at the 76 minute mark they were drawing 30-30 with the Bulls. In the 77th minute, a drop goal by Pat Richards led to a fierce 3 minutes as Bradford threw everything they had at Wigan. Their defence held out and they are now through to the next round of play-offs which will see them play either Huddersfield or Hull FC. The final score was 30-31 to Wigan Warriors.
