What is the best place to post my own songs??

I am a 17 year old pop singer.I made a video of myself singing Nelly Furtado "Say it right" and my friends tell me I have real talent, but I would like some outside opinions? Where can I post my video?? U-tube dosen't work....I've tried it before, no-one can find me, its like a needle in a haystack?? Is there a site for pop
