Huddersfield Giants sack head coach Jon Sharp

Jon Sharp has today, Monday 2nd June 2008, been sacked from his job as Head Coach of Huddersfield Giants after a string of disappointing results for the Yorkshire Club.

Sharp now becomes the third Super League coach to be sacked in the last two weeks.

He joined the Huddersfield team in 2003 but this season has proved to be a difficult one and the board claim they had no other choice but to terminate his contract and inject new blood into the coaching squad.

I wonder who will be next to go??
