Super League XI

Bradford Bulls have been found guilty of breaching the Salary Cap for the 2006 Super League XI season.

Here are the teams to play each other in the 3rd round of the Challenge Cup. All matches are to be played the weekend beginning 10/03/07.

This game saw the best team in the English Super League take on the best team in the Australian NRL. Both teams had been 2006 Grand Final winners so it was set to be a great match.

Brand new series of Code XIII is launched tonight on Channel M at 7pm.

Last season saw all the action from Salford, however this series is bigger and better than ever before!

St Helens claimed the 'Team of the Year' in the 2006 BBC Sports Personality of the Year. Radio 5 Live listeners voted them the best team.

Daniel Anderson also scooped 'Coach of the Year' in the awards ceremony.

Great Britain managed to defeat Australia in a tough, physical match today.

Willie Mason was lucky to stay on the pitch for the Roo's as time and again he resorted to foul play to try and win the game.

New Zealand have had 2 points deducted for their win against Great Britain.

The Kiwi's won 18-14 but have been penalised for playing an 'ineligible' player.

Players are only allowed to play for another country, which is not their birth country, if a grandparent was born there.

This weekend sees the start of Great Britain's Tri-Nations campaign. They will be playing New Zealand in Christchurch(NZ). The Kiwi's have already been beaten twice by Australia and are looking for a victory.

Here are the final standings for the Super League XI season, 2006. Congratulations to St Helens on finishing top of the table, winning the Grand Final and also the Challenge Cup.
