I am a 17 year old pop singer.I made a video of myself singing Nelly Furtado "Say it right" and my friends tell me I have real talent, but I would like some outside opinions?

Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog.

This is just a bit of fun for funny moments in gigs, and generally for me to write about anything and everything really!

Tennessee may be the birthplace of country music in the United States, but it is also home to Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll’s impressive estate, Graceland.

Well, the new season has started for us and we are all in agony after only two classes!!

Good news though is that we have 5 new members so it’s building up nicely. There where only 5 of us in our first season, then 7, then 8. There are 12 of us up to now. One of the original members has left as she is moving to Spain.

American Idol series five top 12 finalist, Chris Daughtry from North Carolina has ended speculation by signing with 19 Recordings/RCA Records.

Apparently Chris will form a band and has already begun to work with A list collaborators to record self and co/written songs, with an expected first cd release date of late autumn 2006.

Taylor Hicks' Single, "Do I Make you Proud"/ "Take it to the Streets" will be released on June 13th in the US. Pity that his second song is the one on the compilation disc.

Katharine McPhee's Single, "My Destiny"/ "Think" despite the cd's title, the songs now are "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" and "My Destiny" and will be released on June 20th, in the US.

This Season 5's Finalists Album was released in the US on May 23rd. The same date as this year's American Idol Final.

Vonzell Solomon, the former Fort Myers Postal Worker finished third on last season's "American Idol,"

Since Vonzell's exit last season, the singer has been traveling all over the United States for public appearances on TV shows such as "The Tyra Banks Show," and VH-1's "Big in O5" awards show, concerts and other events such as Kellogg's 100-year anniversary party and serving as grand marshal for the Edison Festival of Light parade in Fort Myers.

Bo Bice was series 4 runner up to Carrie Underwood.

Bice signed with RCA less than 24 hours after the "Idol" finale.
