Hello, it’s Jipbap here. Today’s menu is Salmon Sashimi on steamed rice Put Salmon and fresh vegetables in a bowl and mix with ChoJang(Korean chilly sauce) This just can’t go wrong. So yummy! First, we need to fillet the salmon. Wipe the salmon with paper towels. If you don’t want to fillet a salmon, You can buy a fresh salmon fillet from a supermarket. Remove the meat from one side. Remove the ribs. Trim the fatty tissue Removing the pin bones Cut the salmon fillets as desired. Removing the skin from Salmon Put steamed rice in a bowl Add fresh vegetables on top of the steamed rice. I Put onion, cucumber, chilly, carrot, radish, sesami leaves and seaweed. Alfafa and young salad leaves too. Put 1/2 Tablespoon of ChoJang(the one in red tube) You can add sesame oil, sesame seeds too. (Optional) Then add fresh salmon on top. Mix well and enjoy!
