    오늘은 노량진 수산시장에서 방어 3kg 85000원짜리를 퀵으로 받아서 방어회 직접 떠봤어요!

    아저씨한테 기절만 시켜서 보내달라고 했는데 이미 기절했음에도 신경이 살아있어서 꼬리쪽이 움직였어요 덜덜🤭😭

    유튜브로 방어회 뜨는 영상을 엄청 여러번 돌려보고 해본건데 처음이라 그런지 머리 자르는거부터 쉽지가 않더라구요 (상상과 현실…) 다른 것보다 비늘에서 회 뜰때가 제일 어려웠어요…헝…

    제가 뜬 방어는 작은 사이즈라 그런지 다행히 고래회충같은 회충은 없었어요! (제일 걱정했던 부분)
    방어회 뜰려고 회써는 칼도 구입했는데 칼을 따로 갈지가 않아서 그런지 잘들긴해도 회를 제대로 뜰려면 더 날이 서야할거 같았어요!

    제가 좀 서툴다보니 살이 붙은 부분들 버리기 아까워서 매운탕까지 끓여서 먹었네요ㅎㅎ

    @매운탕 양념장 레시피: 고춧가루 2스푼, 고추장 3스푼, 다진마늘 1스푼, 다진생강 반스푼, 국간장 2스푼, 진간장 2스푼, 맛술 2스푼 (이후에는 소금이나 액젓이로 간을 맞춰요!)
