HOW TO MAKE SUSHI EGG ROLLS | High Protein Zero Carb Snack
Who loves sushi? Well today we are making egg roll sushi. It’s a simple dish that’s delicious and nutritious! So let’s get started. For this recipe, you will need 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped red bell pepper, salt, and pepper. First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Then add the spring onion, bell pepper, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir until combined. Next, heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with cooking spray. Today I’m using avocado oil spray. Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan. Spread it over the surface and cook it over low heat. When it’s about halfway done, roll the omelet halfway up the middle. Then move it to one side of the pan. Give it a quick spray and add more egg mixture. Cook until half done and roll it halfway up. Lightly grease the pan each time you roll up. Add another thin layer of the egg mixture. Roll it up again and repeat this process until you run out of the egg mixture. Finally, roll all the way up. Transfer to a cutting board and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting. Now slice into bite size pieces and serve! I love making this meal because it’s quick, easy, and fun to eat!
