The next thing I believe the last item that
I need to prep today is our crab stick and if you can find real crab sticks feel free
to use it. It is pretty hard to find pretty expensive so we are going to use our imitation
crab meat right here. Then we are just going to slice it fairly chunky. This again put
some kind of saltiness into the flavor a little contrast with the sweet of the bulgogi and
then cut it. Then sometimes we use a fish tempura or like a fish cake that has pink
on the outside but crab sticks would do it for us today. Okay and we would put that on
our plate.
