Ramen with Bone Marrow at Ushi Taro

Located in the Inner Sunset district of San Francisco, this restaurant specializes in beef bone broth ramen with black truffles and olives. Ushi Taro offers something different than what people usually find in ramen restaurants, which are mainly pork and chicken broth. The Paitan was amazing and the bone marrow added an extra layer of flavor. I would definitely recommend it.
