Seafood Udon Noodle Soup 海鲜乌冬汤面


hi everyone today we’re going to make seafood udon noodle soup it’s very simple but delicious first we’re going to boil five cups of chicken stock and I have four shrimp I save the shell to flavor the stock I also have we use a white part of green onions and have two shiitake mushrooms I already soaked about an hour let’s get rid of the stem and I can make two cuts on top would be easier to cook and then we also put in the stock so let this boil and I also have a three imitation crab meat we just need to open this just cut them in half I also a few pieces of salmon belly I need to get rid of the skin started here you can also use salmon fillet you know in the market you can buy this salmon belly pieces so you don’t need to use a whole filet then we cut into bite size and in addition to the seafood have about two cups of napa cabbage and udon noodle of course this is individually wrapped very convenient you don’t need to defrost so we’re just waiting for the stock to boil now the stock is boiling will turn to simmer for about five minutes to flavor the stock okay after a few minutes now we can take out the shrimp shell now we turn up the heat to high first we add the salmon belly let it cook about 2 to 3 minutes after two minutes we can add the napa cabbage let it boil a little bit then we’re going to add shrimp shrimp will take 2 to 3 minutes to cook so we can see the shrimp is turning pink you can add the crabmeat they cook very quickly and noodles although they are frozen it only takes a minute or two to heat up it only took about two minutes you can see the noodles already open up and you can taste it just need a little bit of salt cause the chicken stock already although it’s low sodium already had salt just a little bit salt white pepper powder and finally we garnish with green onions our noodles ready hope you guys enjoying this udon noodle soup please subscribe to my channel for more recipes thank you guys so much for watching see you next time
