happy thanksgiving my friends! I am so thankful for all of you! prebaked hand tossed pizza dough garlic mashed potatoes this is our pizza sauce for our thanksgiving pizza! hand torn roast turkey fresh cranberries smoked gouda and sharp cheddar beef gravy french fried onions bake 500 for 5-10 minutes crispy and beautiful it tastes so good! I was worried about the cranberries the cranberries became soft and sweet in the oven with a little tart flavor remaining it balances the savory fatty beef gravy the crunchy crust balances with the creamy soft mashed potatoes there is so much butter and garlic in the mashed potatoes that is how you know they are good! the best mashed potatoes I ever had were at Bazaar in Vegas they were whipped with an incredibly indulgent amount of butter that was the best meal I’ve ever had and it was the day I got married so all in all very very special in fact our one year anniversary just passed! I love that this pizza is a sandwich of crispiness crispy crust which is most important that is why you have to prebake the crust for 5 minutes and then on the very top those crispy onions the roast turkey is deliciously moist this whole pizza worked out better than expected let me be honest this was a bit of a shot in the dark i thought it might be ok but I knew I needed to do it for the holiday you know do it for the youtube but it is fantastic you know that smoked gouda and cheddar hold it down be thankful my friends much love
